I'm only letting you look at these pictures if you promise to ignore all the paint supplies still left out for the wall we haven't yet finished! The brown is the bathroom. We're blending the brown with the green and so far we love it.
Come on in to our page. Kick off your shoes, and sit down with us for a bit.

The master bedroom
I'm only letting you look at these pictures if you promise to ignore all the paint supplies still left out for the wall we haven't yet finished! The brown is the bathroom. We're blending the brown with the green and so far we love it.
Kaiden was anxious to have his room in the mix...
We painted a light blue/ grey color in Kaiden's room. He has a castle themed walk- in- closet, which is his secret club house and thus not postable online. Next to his bed you can see traces of his "knight in shining armor" which decs out his closet by the dragon, tassels that hold the draps, and the flichering torch light next to his pillow on the bottom bunk. I made the dragon comforter on the top bunk out of an Ikea duvet cover and there is a matching sham for the pillow. I'm pretty happy with it, so I think next time we're at Ikea I'll pick one up for the bottom bunk. All the walls are the same color, but the true color is manifested in the picture with the bulletin board. The sun is too bright for the other pictures, I guess.
Kelsey's room is ready to go!
We finally finished Kelsey's surfer room- shy of Tony's surf board we're planning on suspending from the ceiling as soon as we're able to bring it down from Concord. Enjoy the shots!
The canvases of beach scenes Kelsey painted.
The raffia bed skirt Kelsey and I made together out of table skirts we bought at the party store.
The palm leaves- which look so much cooler than I could get them to look in the pictures- are from our tree in the back yard. Tony cut them and then we laid them on the side of the house for three months to dry out.
Sea World
It's not here! As a tribute to Audrey we lost the camera we took to Sea World to prevent the possibility of losing the good camera. So the pictures of Auntie Maya and Nana Paula and I escorting the kids to Sea World are not here yet, but as soon as we get the camera we'll add them to these images I borrowed from google images =).
