This funny kid

Yesterday at the bank there was this way funny kid. I had to share. He was about 2 and had this little system going with his 4 year old sister. Here is the deal. He would wait until his mom wasn't looking. Then he would pound her one. After his hitting her, he proceeded to run over to his mom and babble, point to his sister, and cry like a maniac. Then he would wait for his mom to get his sister- Charlese she kept saying- into trouble. When the cycle ended, he would repeat. Poor Charlese. But the kid sure made me laugh for the day. It happened three times- once with about 5 hits. A whole new meaning is given to, "The beatings will continue until morale improves!" Classic- kids start outsmarting us at 2 apparently!

Picture Day at Junior High

Picture Day has a fun twist in our house. I am not a fan of school pictures so I usually have my own picture day when I take shots every year. I LOVE the way they come out when I take them myself. I don't get so excited about the school one- where I think they always do a less than spectacular job. However, this year Kelsey was set on wanting the school ones. So before school we turned the day into our home picture day and I sent her off to school with a check to buy some of theirs. I need to finish editing the shots, but here's a cute one from our yard this am! She's such a little cutie!!!
